Indigo Education Group is searching for a skilled Programme Coordinator to strengthen our team’s capabilities and ensure seamless program execution.

About the Role:

As a Programme Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of Indigo’s operations, playing a critical role in ensuring our programmes run smoothly. Working closely with the Department Head, you’ll take on a variety of responsibilities that combine administrative precision with strategic coordination. This is the ideal role for a highly capable administrative or HR professional eager to make a meaningful impact in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support: Manage the Department Head’s schedule, prioritize key tasks, and assist in keeping department operations on track.
  2. Operational Oversight: Develop, implement, and monitor department goals and strategic plans.
  3. Scheduling & Coordination: Organize class timetables, relief schedules, and liaise with tutors to ensure seamless delivery.
  4. Tutor Onboarding: Support HR functions by onboarding new tutors and familiarizing them with department workflows and procedures.
  5. Resource Management: Oversee distribution and tracking of materials and resources for all programmes.
  6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a communication bridge between operations, academics, and the sales department, maintaining smooth workflows and information flow.
  7. Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing materials and internal communications related to programme activities.
  8. Additional Support: Provide project support and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A university or polytechnic degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  3. Problem-solving abilities and multi-tasking skills for proactive issue resolution.
  4. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
  5. Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and communicate effectively within a team.
  6. Personable and positive attitude, ready to contribute to a collaborative and fun work environment.
  7. Five-day work week with flexibility for meeting deadlines when necessary.
