Program Coordinator

Location: Changi (Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon to Sun) | Various shift
Basic Up $2600

Job Responsibilities

• Planning & execution of S&R events.
• Reporting monthly events / activities in the monthly management meeting in the absence of Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
• Meeting short-term and long-term objectives of Sports & Recreation events/activities management/organization in the Club.
• Checking on event venue and ensuring that required set up is done in an appropriate manner.
• Liaising with external vendors on rates and programs.
• Preparation of formal event proposals to Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
• Sourcing for sponsorship for major Sports and Recreation events.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O level with 2 years experience in similar field.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and a cheerful personality.
• Creative, customer service orientated, highly independent, motivated and goal-orientated.
• Internet Savvy.
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information:

• 5-day work week (Mon to Sun).
• Working Hours: 8:00am to 5.15pm / 8:30am to 5.45pm / 10.45am to 08.00pm.
• Staff transport provided at Tanah Merah MRT station.
