Production & Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Manager in daily production and warehouse operations.
• Supervise production technicians in the manufacturing of water treatment chemicals.
• Ensure that production and delivery activities comply with safety SOPs.
• Ensure timely meeting of customer delivery schedules and proper documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ISO Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
• Willingness to learn and operate a forklift, if necessary.

Specific Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Production, Warehouse, or Logistics Management.
• Strong teamwork skills, good discipline, and an approachable attitude.
• Comfortable working in a chemical environment.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficient in both English and Chinese.
