Production Technician

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess a minimum of secondary education or technical/engineering related qualification.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field preferred.
3. Without relevant experience will be considered.
4. Self-motivated and resourceful.
5. Possesses drive with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities:

1. Build assemblies as per work instruction.
2. Follow methods and sequence of operations in performing cable routing, electronics installation, and mechanical assembly.
3. Handle production tasks and ensure daily targets with the highest quality are achieved to meet product specifications.
4. Meet cycle time as defined in the standard work combination sheet and daily production schedule.
5. Provide suggestions to improve the quality of workmanship standards.
6. Ensure Good Documentation Practice.
7. Maintain good 5S housekeeping.
8. Comply and adhere to company Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety Management System requirements.
9. Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
