Production/Supply Planning Specialist(West & Central)

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
   - Develop and align production plans with business objectives by analyzing cross-functional inputs.
   - Create and implement plant requirement plans to meet operational targets.
2. Inventory & Capacity Optimization
   - Manage raw material inventory levels to balance supply and working capital efficiency.
   - Monitor and address short-to-mid-term capacity constraints.
3. Demand & Logistics Coordination
   - Oversee import/export activities to support regional demand plans.
   - Collaborate globally to optimize shared resources (e.g., plant capacity) and standardize best practices.
4. Adaptability & Communication
   - Quickly adjust plans for changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders.
   - Lead global planning meetings and report on production progress, inventory, and new product transitions.
5. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
   - Supervise planning teams and drive process simplification initiatives.
   - Ensure alignment with quality, safety, and procurement goals.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing or equivalent certifications
• 2 or more years experience in logistics, manufacturing, material planning, or coordination roles
• ERP competency in materials management and supply planning
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
