Production Supervisor

Work Location: Tampines Industrial

Work Hours: Monday to Friday

AM: 7am to 3pm / PM: 3pm to 11pm / Night Shift: 11pm to 7am

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
2. Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
3. Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
4. Meet department productivity and quality goals
5. Responsible for staff scheduling, including:
1. Work assignments/rotations
2. Employee training
3. Employee vacations
4. Employee breaks
5. Overtime assignment
6. Back-up for absent employees
7. Shift rotations
6. Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation
7. Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
8. Coach and provide career development advice to staff

Requirements:

1. With 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
2. Proficient in MS Office applications
3. Good communication and leadership skills
4. Good team player and interpersonal skills
5. Compliance with RBA standards
