Production Supervisor

1. Ensure that products are manufactured according to cGMP & HACCP standards.
2. Liaise with production planner and the Management on any change or delay in production schedule.
3. Liaise with R&D on any shortage or quality issue regarding the raw material.
4. Report raw material characteristics to QC at regular intervals, e.g., raw material - foreign particles, colour appearance, texture, odour.
5. Conduct briefings for Operators / Line Leaders regarding production matters or any information required by Management.
6. Manage Operators / Line Leaders on a daily basis as needed.
7. Assist in covering the line during break times.
8. Check machinery and consumables on a shift basis, and if found out of order, liaise with the reporting Manager.
9. Work and coordinate with the Batching Leader.
10. Key and update production output details in Navision promptly.
11. Prepare and submit reports to Management.
