Production Supervisor

Working Days: 5.5 days

Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

Job Description:

• Lead, train, and coach team members for efficient production operations.

• Manage daily production purchases, inventory, stock, and work schedules.

• Learn and contribute throughout the entire production process from start to finish.

• Perform cleaning and troubleshooting of production machines.

• Oversee the manufacturing process, from purchase to handover to warehouse.

• Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.

• Maintain and update ISO documentation.

• Responsible for internal and external audits and related documentation.

• Collaborate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule.

• Other tasks as assigned by superior/management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.

• Strong independent thinker with a commitment to integrity.

• Willingness to learn new things and work hands-on.

• Excellent communication skills to train, coach, and handle queries from team members.
