Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)
Job Description:
Lead, train, and coach team members for efficient production operations.
Manage daily production purchases, inventory, stock, and work schedules.
Learn and contribute throughout the entire production process from start to finish.
Perform cleaning and troubleshooting of production machines.
Oversee the manufacturing process, from purchase to handover to warehouse.
Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.
Maintain and update ISO documentation.
Responsible for internal and external audits and related documentation.
Collaborate with inter-departments to ensure production runs according to schedule.
Other tasks as assigned by superior/management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
Strong independent thinker with a commitment to integrity.
Willingness to learn new things and work hands-on.
Excellent communication skills to train, coach, and handle queries from team members.
