Production Supervisor

Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily production operations, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
2. Optimize workflow and lead staff training, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
4. Implement quality control procedures and address issues promptly.
5. Ensure safety compliance through audits and training.
6. Identify process improvements and collaborate with management to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
7. Maintain production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
8. Prepare and present regular production performance reports to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
5. Familiarity with production management software and quality control methodologies.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
