Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the Thermoset department

• Plan and optimize workflow processes and shift schedules

• Provide coaching and guidance to Thermoset technicians on problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques

• Ensure production goals are met with high yield and efficiency

• Support production teams to meet demand and deliver results

• Maintain and improve 5S housekeeping standards in production areas

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree

• 5+ years of experience in injection molding and production management

• Excellent communication and attention to detail skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
