Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee all aspects of production in our curtain shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of curtain manufacturing, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and quality.
2. Supervise and train production staff to maintain high standards of workmanship.
3. Oversee inventory management for fabrics, accessories, and other materials.
4. Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality control.
5. Implement and improve production workflows to optimize productivity.
6. Monitor equipment maintenance and resolve technical issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and suppliers to meet customer requirements.
8. Prepare production schedules, budgets, and reports.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in curtain production or a similar industry.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent understanding of fabric types, sewing techniques, and design patterns.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
5. Knowledge of production tools and equipment maintenance.
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
