Production Supervisor

$2200 - $2800 (Depends on experience) + VB + AWS

9am - 6pm / 9am - 1pm (5.5 days)

Work Location: Ang Mo Kio (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang)

Minimum 2 years of production supervisor experience in manufacturing field

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Lead, train, and mentor team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage daily production activities, including purchasing, inventory control, stock management, and work scheduling.
• Willingness to learn and engage in the entire production process from start to finish.
• Perform cleaning and troubleshooting tasks on production machines.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process from procurement, withdrawal, and issuing materials, to handing over finished goods to the warehouse.
• Create, update, and maintain SAP system records.
• Update, record, and maintain ISO documentation.
• Handle internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation is in place.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure production runs according to schedule.
• Complete any other tasks or assignments as directed by the superior or management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, or Chemistry-related fields is advantageous.
• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership and Team Management experience will be an advantage.
