Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
2. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
3. Conduct emergency response drills.
4. Train new employees on production processes, safety procedures, and equipment operation.
5. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments of the workplace to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
6. Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, or near-misses. Document findings, recommend corrective actions, and work to prevent recurrence.
7. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
8. Maintain detailed records of safety inspections, incident reports, training sessions, and regulatory compliance to present to management or regulatory bodies when needed.
9. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in construction.
