Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Aerospace components and other precision parts

• Perform CAD/CAM programming for manufacturing tasks.
• Operate CNC Machines, tools, and other machinery.
• Ensure daily production output meets quality, productivity, and yield targets.

Conform to management system requirements

• Apply workshop practices, cleanliness, and housekeeping protocols in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Apply Aerospace Quality Systems in manufacturing production tasks.
• Apply standards and SOPs related to manufacturing safety policies and procedures.

Manage manufacturing process workflow

• Apply productivity methods and practices to improve efficiency in manufacturing production tasks.
• Investigate issues in manufacturing processes to formulate corrective measures.
• Coordinate maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Apply lean techniques to enhance manufacturing operations.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

• Update data into the system for process monitoring.
• Take initiative to seek opportunities for improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Update and keep records of non-conforming products.

Experience Required:

• Able to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good knowledge in GDT and ability to perform dimensional and geometric measurements will be an added advantage.
• Good skills in CAD or CAM software.
• Good communication skills and able to work as a team.
• Skills in MS Office (Excel/MS Word).
• Able to work in rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Education/Qualification:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or other Engineering fields.
