Job Responsibilities

Assembles minor products or components with a small number of details within routine and highly repetitive assembly operations. Typically works at a workbench or on a conveyer line. Common tasks include:

1. Checking
2. Sorting
3. Packaging
4. Labeling
5. Pasting
6. Snipping
7. Tying
8. Trimming

These tasks can be performed either manually or by machine. The role also involves performing basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaning. Additional tasks may include moving assemblies/machines or cleaning floors.

Qualifications

Typically requires 0-2 years of experience and works under close supervision. Typical job titles include: General Labor, Machine Operator, Maker/Packer, Assembler, and Line Operator.
