Production Operator

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Clean the line before starting up the machine.
2. Prepare all the tools/ingredients/materials according to the work instructions.
3. Start working according to the work instructions.
4. If there are any abnormalities during the production process, report to the Line Leader/Production Supervisor immediately.
5. If the equipment breaks down, report to the maintenance technicians immediately and assist the technicians in repairing it.
6. During the production process, clean up the site in time to keep the environment clean and orderly.
7. Ensure all tools used in the production process are clean; if not, rinse with running water before next use.
8. Perform visual checks while picking products on date codes to ensure they are correct.
9. Check for any soft, damaged products by pasteurizers and defects that need to be rejected, and report to the Line Leader/Supervisor.
10. Stack on clean baskets and record the finished goods quantity that is pushed to the cold room in the production form.
11. If export orders need to be arranged, place the products into polyfoam and stack on pallets/trolleys.
12. Verify that the finished good product date codes and carton labels match with the production schedule.
13. Complete other production work assigned by the Line Leader/Supervisor.

Requirement / Qualification

• Minimum Primary Education level
• Able to work in a hot, humid, and wet working environment
• Must be strong and fit
• 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday)
• Permanent shift work: (Morning or Afternoon)
