Production Operator

Job Description:

1. Perform set-ups, operate and maintain the printing machines with minimum downtime and interventions.
2. Follow production schedules and ensure printing output is met.
3. Perform quality inspections for the materials and finished products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
4. Troubleshoot equipment issues and work closely with the maintenance team to solve equipment malfunctions and abnormalities.
5. Maintain and update printing records (finished products are recorded accordingly and timely).
6. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the production floor and machines.
7. Process and crop/edit photos received for the day.
8. Perform day-end closing.
9. Generate daily production reports for signing.
10. Other duties/ad hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. N or O Level/Professional Certificate/Nitec.
2. Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Self-motivation and self-starter.
5. Singaporeans only.

Work Location & Working Hours:

- Ubi area (Nearest MRT Tai Seng or Macpherson)
- Monday to Friday, Office hours.
