Production / Manufacturing Manager (Electronics)

Job Description

► Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm

► Office Location - Kaki Bukit

► Basic up to $6500 + VB

We are seeking a hands-on and system-driven Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. The ideal candidate should not only have experience managing production teams but also possess strong system-driven planning skills to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely output.
• System-Driven Planning: Utilize production planning systems to manage schedules, resources, and workforce allocation.
• Hands-on Involvement: Understand and engage in production processes rather than just delegating tasks.
• Manpower Planning: Strategically plan workforce deployment, considering operational needs (e.g., holiday leave management).
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure production operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in production systems (ERP, MES, or similar planning tools).
• Hands-on approach to production management; not just supervisory experience.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills to optimize production flow.
• Ability to manage manpower allocation effectively, especially during peak/holiday seasons.
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
