Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 40 to 60 people, depending on the process, usually working in shifts.
• Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
• Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighborhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements.
• Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe. Control the production cycle and deal with abnormal feedback.
• Improve operation skills and ensure experience inheritance.
• Control and optimize material loss rate and establish a management system.
• Provide skill training for workshop employees and identify potential talent.
• Retain key personnel; establish an incentive system; draft employee promotion and job transfer management regulations.
• Ensure that team members are motivated and efficient to maintain high-level performance.
• Manage major issues and projects, involving cross-departmental coordination, and mobilize resources to drive processes and control progress to achieve goals.
• Fully understand and transmit the corporate culture to employees.
• Detect and maintain machine equipment.
• Implement emergency response measures.
• Conduct staff safety production awareness training and implement safety management measures.
• Manage company-specific projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
