Production Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct forecasting and planning of materials to ensure a smooth production process.
2. Schedule and plan production activities based on job orders.
3. Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
4. Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
5. Ensure production schedule meets the delivery date.
6. Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
7. Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

Requirements:

1. Experience in the aluminium working sector and manufacturing.
2. Able to lead team members on production and installation.
3. Experience in working with machinery.
4. Able to read technical and installation drawings.
5. Ensure product and installation quality.
6. Planning of production schedules and allocation of sufficient manpower.
7. Implementation of production processes to maximize efficiency and reduce production waste.
8. Implementing continuous process improvements.
9. Preparing material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated costs.
10. Provide training for staff in new production teams.

Working hours & days: 6 days work week, off on Sunday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
