You will collaborate with the Business Development, Commercial, and Technical Teams to deliver seamless events, optimize workforce utilization, and elevate client satisfaction—measured by an industry-leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 90% or higher.

Key Responsibilities of a Assistant Production Manager/ Production Manager
Own the Entire Production Process:
- Lead the planning and execution of live production projects, ensuring every detail is covered from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Maintain control over timelines and budgets while pushing creative and technical boundaries.
Be the Technical Backbone:
- Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) and staging systems.
- Ensure all technical requirements are met and equipment functions flawlessly during events.
- Troubleshoot on the fly, keeping events running smoothly under pressure.
Lead & Inspire Your Team:
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of technical professionals, freelancers, and contractors.
- Assign responsibilities clearly, ensuring everyone is aligned for success.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
Elevate Client Experiences:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire event lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and provide creative, technical solutions to exceed expectations.

Master Logistics & Operations:
- Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of crew and equipment.
- Oversee transportation, storage, and inventory management for AVL gear.
- Ensure productions run like a well-oiled machine, with no detail overlooked.
Champion Quality & Safety:
- Enforce high-quality production standards while ensuring safety protocols are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for all live events.
- Stay ahead of industry best practices to keep operations smooth and secure.
Manage Budgets & Resources:
- Prepare and track project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising production quality.
- Work closely with finance teams to manage invoicing with clients and vendors.
