Production Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the operations at our garment factory. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sewing techniques, polar paper cutting design, and paper drawing. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a production team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments.
2. Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
3. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues promptly.
4. Coordinate with the production team to optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
5. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.
6. Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
7. Address quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
8. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, supervisors, and support staff.
9. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skillsets.
10. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
11. Utilize advanced sewing techniques to oversee and guide the sewing process.
12. Troubleshoot and resolve sewing-related issues to maintain production quality and efficiency.
13. Create and review paper drawings and patterns for garment production.
14. Ensure that paper drawings are accurate and align with production requirements.
15. Oversee the design and implementation of polar paper cutting patterns.
16. Ensure accurate and efficient use of polar paper cutting equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the garment or textile industry.
2. Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
3. Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, polar paper cutting design, and paper drawing.
4. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
5. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
6. Proficiency in production management software and tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work in a factory environment.
9. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for garment production management.
10. Willing to travel frequently.
