Production Logistic Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

• Monitoring raw material stock levels, coordinating deliveries with purchaser, and ensuring timely replenishment to avoid production stoppages.

• Analyzing material movement within the factory to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to streamline production processes.

• Overseeing the storage and handling of raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished goods within the production.

• Arranging internal transportation of materials between production lines and warehouses, including managing forklift operations.

• Support production team lead to manage monthly and yearly stock count including precious material waste.

• Support production team lead to handle daily material staging activities, plan temporary storage location and optimise storage capacity.

• Ensuring production storage spaces and means meet 5S and health & safety requirements.

• Support production team lead to confirm production order, issue purchase order as required.

• Support production team lead to prepare documentation for production activities including assembly list, sort drawing, etc.

• Managing tool/equipment room and indirect material storage area and managing stock level.

• Support production team lead and project team to manage returned material, cancelled/project delayed order material, rejected material, etc.

• Any other tasks assigned by superior.
