• Plan, organize, direct, and control all aspects of production operations.
• Meet aggressive delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
