• Beverage Production Role

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, direct and control all aspects of production operations.
• Meet specifications, costs, delivery and quality expectations.
• Attain optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
• Ensure processes are in accordance with requirements and standards.
• Plan production schedule and prepare weekly reports of stock count.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.
• Provide staff training.
• Work with all personnel in relation to production.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Food Science/Food Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in ISO, HALAL standards, food safety, GMP, and HACCP.
• Analytical and skilled in troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
