Warner Bros. Discovery APAC Creative Services is the multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a range of media - principally TV and digital and theatrical.
In this role, you will be responsible for the Creative Services department’s daily production workload by ensuring efficiencies across the network, streaming & digital platforms for the APAC market.
Overseeing the distribution and tracking of workload across Creative Services, assisting producers in using creative production solutions from conception, scoping and production, to final delivery for all platforms.
You will also be the key liaison for the day-to-day deliveries for all stakeholders and ensuring production is on brand, on brief, within budget and on time. This role will oversee the management and troubleshooting of the production systems and workflows in place. Monthly reporting and analysis of resources utilization and the production budget are key responsibilities.
Diploma or equivalent experience in Mass communication / Production
Years of experience: minimum 3-5 years
Broad knowledge and experience in Streaming, Digital & Social Media platforms
Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must; demonstrates high level skills in both written and verbal communications
Vendor / Freelancer management experience
Budget management experience
Facilities utilization and management experience
Experience in setting up and managing workflow and processes
Broad knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office software
