Production Engineer (Manufacturing/Mechatronic/West/5 Days/Up to $4k) JF8

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform investigation and prepare reports on productivity, quality, internal / external claims, RCA, CAR, etc.
2. Work with engineering and other departments to improve assembly processes.
3. Document (operating instruction, check sheet) creation and updates revision.
4. Monitor POP (Point of Production) System and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
5. Review MOS (manufacturing order sheet)/SPO (special order) requirement and provide feedback and preparation arrangement.
6. Provide shop floor feedback to Production Engineering and D&D Department.
7. Assist the Production Manager in providing quality, cost-effective, and efficient support for launching new machine models.
8. Conduct training for the production team (new release OI, check sheet, new requirements, etc.).
9. Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine mechanical/electrical non-conformance.
10. Able to interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.
11. Able to check parts using AS400 system.
12. Develop electrical/mechanical testing jigs and perform testing and validation of machines.
13. Lead the production team to adhere strictly to the production schedule while improving the manufacturing process to enhance quality, cost, and productivity.
14. Create, implement, and monitor KPI indicators on product quality and section capability.
15. Perform basic and advanced machine assembly/electrical wiring works.
16. Perform machine mechanical settings/pre & post machine power ON inspection checks, machine parameter settings, testing, and inspection according to standards.
17. Perform machine final electrical/mechanical inspection and adjustments for any defects to maintain a high level of quality.
18. Monitor the serviceability of measuring electrical instruments or jigs and fixtures, reporting any non-compliance conditions to the Supervisor or Manager.
19. Maintain accurate records of inspection results at each electrical/mechanical process.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree or Min Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent)
2. 2-3 years working in manufacturing/mechatronics is preferred.
