Production Engineer ( Construction Materials )

Job Description:

Industry: Manufacturing/ Production
Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:33pm
Compensation: Basic + Allowances + AWS + VB

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning rolling schedule with various stakeholders
• Performing troubleshooting and discussing mill issues and brainstorming for solutions
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives for better performance
• Performing month-end closing activities to ensure production finished goods and input material, scrap, and activity figures are accurate
• Computing, generating, and commenting on departmental monthly performance and cost reports
• Performing monthly safety observation audits and closing incident investigation cases (if any)

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Familiar with manufacturing quality assurance techniques
• No experience is welcome
