Production Engineer (chemical manufacture, MNC)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Production Engineer to oversee and enhance production operations, ensuring an efficient and safe manufacturing process in our chemical products division. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address corrective and preventive actions and to drive improvements through process optimization and benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Work with cross-functional departments to implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
• Lead improvement activities, including process optimization and benchmarking, using statistical tools and relevant software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in process optimization and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
