Job Description:

1. Work closely with the Management, Manager and teams to determine the materials and processes needed to cover the production demand.
2. Work closely with suppliers to make sure delivery of raw materials.
3. Prepare & design control panel drawings for customer approval based on project engineer requirements.
4. Assign technicians to each production activity and monitor their work to ensure that they finish on time and within the quality standard.
5. Address issues immediately when they arise so as to reduce disruption to the production.
6. Perform quality checks and control on the production throughout the various stages of production.
7. Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
8. Ensure good housekeeping of the production areas and promote safe work practices at all times.
9. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
10. Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management.
11. Conduct control panel testing prior to factory acceptance test and work with project engineer to do factory acceptance test (FAT).
12. Conduct RMA devices testing.

Requirements:

1. Knowledge on electrical system & control panel design and manufacturing.
2. Basic knowledge and skills in computer system.
3. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
4. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Electrical Engineering.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence.
6. Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player.
