Production Engineer

5 day (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Location: Kovan (4 bus stops from MRT)

Your Role, Your Influence:

• Supervise section heads, assign tasks, set goals, and evaluate performance. Foster teamwork and provide guidance to improve productivity.
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent quality, and implement in-process inspections to maintain high standards.
• Participate in investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective/preventive actions to resolve production problems.
• Conduct regular inspections to enforce Workplace Safety, Health, and Environmental (WSHE) regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop work instructions (WI) and safe work procedures (SWPs) to identify and minimize hazards in the workplace.
• Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance and training to ensure smooth production flow and reduce downtime.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Knowledge of hazardous substances.
• 3 years of working experience in production in a Manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Quality / NPI or NPD (New Product Introduction / Development) would be an advantage.
