Production Coordinator (MNC / 5 Days / Up to $2,500 + AWS / Tuas / Company Transport Provided)

Job Description:

• Position: Production Coordinator / Administrator
• Well Established US Healthcare Solutions Manufacturing MNC
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2,500 + AWS
• Working Location: Tuas
• Company Transport Provided
• Outpatient Medical Insurance Provided
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Healthcare Solutions Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the supervisor / manager to ensure production planning runs smoothly and give support to the team.
• Coordinator between Admin and QA for any production issue.
• Ensure production output data are accurate and perform monitoring check.
• To be responsible for production data collection and data entry.
• Data key in for raw material withdrawal record, finished goods production.
• Ensure all the inspection records by production operators are accurate and comply with requirements.
• Other related duties as assigned by the production / operation manager and managing director.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
