Job Title: Production Clerk (ID3060)

Location: Serangoon

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am - 6pm, Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: $1900 to $2100

Job Descriptions:

• Calculate total daily production quantity and verify balance quantities against the planned order.
• Encode transfer notes for finished goods (FG) and work in process (WIP) into the MRP system.
• Conduct daily checks of part inventory stock in the MRP system.
• Record the quantity of incoming inserts required for production.
• Prepare weekly reports on percentage planning yield and production efficiency.
• Document and report daily rejection parts in non-conforming reports.
• Coordinate with production planners regarding the production schedule and plan.
• Prepare weekly material inventory reports.
• Prepare labels for items to be used in production.
• Manage overtime and leave forms for production personnel and submit them to the HR department.
• File production-related documents, such as part samples, approval forms, and injection molding parameter data, in an organized manner.
• Withdraw production office supplies weekly from the administration office.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and relevant safety regulations.
• Implement 5S practices and maintain good housekeeping in the production area.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications and with good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
