Product Training Specialist (Pharma MNC, Trade conference) #HVW

Responsibilities

1. Deliver Clinical Applications Training to customers
2. Develop and conduct clinical application training to ensure that the customers can safely and effectively use the system maximising image quality and productivity
3. Support trade shows and conferences by performing product demonstration
4. Implement and manage customer specific account strategies to drive utilisation
5. Troubleshoot product issues on/off sites and identify any product usability issues
6. Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions in the company
7. Support the Sales by demonstrating our products to potential customers

Requirement

1. Min Deg in Biomedical Engineering / Science / Radiography / Nursing / other relevant courses
2. Experience in medical industry is preferred
3. Excellent presentation skills
