About the role

As a Product Support Coordinator at Berg Propulsion Pte Ltd, you will support customers from the regional countries, logging the order and ensuring the product is delivered according to Berg Propulsion's standards and service level.

Job Description

  1. Handle the after-sales service for spare parts of marine propulsion system.
  2. Handle customers inquiries, prepare quotations, process purchase orders, issue invoices and oversee delivery coordination.
  3. Maintain accurate and updated data records of sales enquiries and transactions.
  4. Proactively coordinate with global offices, forwarders and customers to prioritize and fulfill orders, anticipating and resolving potential issues.
  5. Manage the after-sales process, including working with the service department to address any warranty-related issues and ensuring seamless communication between customers and service team.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or equivalent discipline.
  2. Candidates with lower qualifications may also be considered if he/she possesses a good working aptitude related to the job scope.
  3. At least 1-2 years of experience in after-sales, spare parts or procurement role.
  4. Experience in marine industry will be an advantage.
  5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
  6. Good communication and analytical skills.
  7. Proficient in the use of Office program/software, ERP system.
  8. Collaborative and team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
