Product Support Assistant

As a Product Support Assistant at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and unforgettable journeys. Assist in the coordination and execution of support activities for our train operations. This role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and enhance passenger experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of product information and support materials
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Maintain accurate records of support activities, issues, and resolutions
• Liaison coordinator with Contact Centres and Product Support Manager for all necessary info & data needed for each journey to ensure guest satisfaction / expectations and quality of services
• Coordinator between the Operation Team and sales, particularly for Charters
• Assist to Product Support Manager for Cost control operational activities in Singapore
• Supervise cabin lists for all check-in points with relevant specifics or/and instructions along route

Requirements:

• Entry level/ Fresh Graduated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and polished appearance
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Singaporean Nationality or PR Holder

International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity. You could be from an independent restaurant or bar, have worked in luxury retail or private villas, or be a tour guide.
