Job Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs related to nutrition, food science, and wellness.
• Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and individual training sessions as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition, food science, and TCM to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Assist in proofreading and editing marketing and sales materials to ensure accuracy and coherence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with company goals and targets.
• Gather feedback from training sessions to improve and refine training programs.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and enhance personal skills.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in developing and conducting training programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for training and content creation.
