Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs related to nutrition, food science, and wellness.
2. Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content.
3. Conduct workshops, seminars, and individual training sessions as needed.
4. Stay updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition, food science, and TCM to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
5. Assist in proofreading and editing marketing and sales materials to ensure accuracy and coherence.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with company goals and targets.
7. Gather feedback from training sessions to improve and refine training programs.
8. Engage in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of industry trends and enhance personal skills.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Min 2 years of experience in developing and conducting training programs.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
5. Proficiency in using digital tools for training and content creation.
