Product Specialist | Separation Equipment | JIAW (ID: 663519)

Description:

We are looking for a Product Specialist for industrial Filtration and Separation product and application in Singapore for SEA market.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• To meet order intake targets for service equipment which include filter elements, through effective technical sales of engineering services, spare parts, and upgrades in the Separations industry for SEA and other assigned countries.
• To meet the gross margin assigned for a given product group.
• Promote new technologies, and/or replacement/upgrade or modernization of machinery and parts.
• Perform as a specialist for product and application in the Palm oil industry or any other Specific assigned industries.
• Establish and execute key growth drivers for non-rotating equipment product sales strategy for the market and customers.
• Respond to requests for technical requirements, proposals for non-rotating equipment.
• Establish product and application excellency in SEA for Palm Oil industrial and other assign industry.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all sales/customer activity is conducted in accordance with the company Sales Contract Policy.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate must possess at least an Engineering Diploma in any Mechanical or any related.
• Knowledge of Mechanical/electrical is preferred.
• Experience with sales in aftermarket, Separation industry.
• Experience in non-rotating equipment, Filter Press application.
• Experience in Palm oil industry.
• Strong technical knowledge on Filter press, Filter cloth and Filter plates.
• Min. 5 years of experience in sales/ sales supporting role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent business English Skills.
• Proficiency with MS Platforms.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Possess good commercial acumen and awareness.
• Good practices in sales processes through system.
