WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will be assisting on the day-to-day operations of the Product Team such as conducting customer research and competitors’ analysis. He / She has to be comfortable working independently to solve problems and be resourceful. Ready to ditch the status quo and dive into something exciting? We want YOU!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Generate, develop and maintain product documentation
2. Assist in upkeep of product comparison & related systems
3. Collaborate with Product Due Diligence team in delivering timely product launches
4. Organize product trainings, maintain a log of training attendance & manage the training recordings
5. Participate in discussions with sales force to gather feedback on product propositions & align business needs with company product strategy
6. Conduct customer research and competitors’ analyses
7. Assist in preparation of presentation deck to Product Team Lead for ongoing firm-level presentations
8. Handle product queries from internal/external stakeholders and resolve product issues & enquiries
9. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies

WHO YOU ARE

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Actuarial, Insurance, Finance or Marketing related disciplines
2. Preferably with at least 3 - 5 years of working experience. Experience in insurance-related sales environment & ongoing trends will be a strong advantage.
3. Certifications/licenses – CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Special skills preferred
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
5. Possess strong traits of analytical mind and good communication skills to articulate ideas in a simplified manner to stakeholders
6. Meticulous & attention to details
7. Proactive, positive mindset and highly adaptable to changes
8. Able to multitask and work well with tight timelines
