Job description

We are seeking for a Product Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage a strong sales pipeline for our industrial software solutions. This role requires a dynamic professional with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the software industry, preferably in industrial applications.

The ideal candidate will possess both sales and technical acumen—able to handle Tier-1 technical inquiries independently while working closely with our Senior Engineers for backend support. You will be responsible for business development, lead generation, and managing key customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of industrial software solutions, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closure.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

2. Technical Support & Consultation (Tier-1 Level)

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and basic technical presentations to customers.
  • Address Tier-1 technical inquiries and escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth solution implementation.

3. Market & Customer Engagement

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends in industrial software.
  • Collaborate with marketing for lead-generation activities and industry events.
  • Provide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales within the software industry.
  • Experience in industrial software or automation solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of software sales processes and ability to handle basic technical discussions.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel and meet customers when required.
  • Having a car is a plus for customer visits and sales engagements.
  • Work permit sponsorship available (if required).
