As a NAND Product Reliability Engineer/Senior/Principal Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving reliability strategies, conducting reliability testing, analyzing failure mechanisms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and enable NAND New Product Introduction with seamless and issue-free release to both internal and external customers. Your work will directly impact the quality and reliability of our NAND products used in applications worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement new reliability methodologies to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute reliability test plans for NAND products to evaluate NAND reliability performance.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve NAND reliability issues using advanced characterization techniques and failure analysis tools.
• Drive failure analysis (FA) investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to predict reliability trends and optimize product performance.
• Collaborate with design, TD, process integration, test, and customer engineering teams to improve reliability.
• Contribute to qualification processes for new NAND products, ensuring compliance with reliability criteria.
• Support customer inquiries and provide technical insights related to product reliability.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall reliability program and influence the direction of future product development.

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications (for Entry-Level Candidates):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device, circuit operation, process, reliability, failure analysis, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of NAND technology fundamentals and memory architectures.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Tableau, etc).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (for Experienced Candidates):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience in semiconductor reliability, NAND technology, or failure analysis.
• Experience in NAND product Design, Process, Testing, Validation, Firmware development or SSD/Mobile system product development.
• Experience in statistics and data analysis and modeling.
• Strong drive and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas/concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems.
