Develop and implement mid-to-long-term product strategies aligned with the company’s vision.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer pain points, and competitive opportunities in skincare and nutrition.
Propose innovative, science-backed product concepts that enhance the brand’s differentiation.
Lead product innovation from concept to commercialization, collaborating with R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
Oversee the formulation, testing, and quality assurance process to ensure product efficacy, compliance, and safety.
Oversee new product launches, working closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure successful product rollouts.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring a smooth transition from development to commercialization.
Monitor market feedback and sales performance, identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
Lead product optimization efforts, including reformulations, packaging updates, and ingredient enhancements.
Manage the phase-out of underperforming products, ensuring a seamless transition for both the business and consumers.
Conduct product training sessions for internal teams, including operations, sales, and customer service.
Develop key product messaging and positioning to enhance internal product knowledge.
Organize cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions to align teams on product value and market positioning.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cosmetics, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of experience in product R&D, formulation development, or product management within the beauty and wellness industry with proven track records!
Strong expertise in formulation science, quality control, regulatory compliance, and market research.
Proven track record of successful product development, launch execution, and lifecycle management.
Strategic thinker with a balance of user-centric innovation and commercial acumen.
Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional product experiences.
Language Requirement: Mandarin and English (to effectively communicate with manufacturers and stakeholders).
