• Responsible for traffic hierarchy system build up, improve merchant traffic performance and levelling up through clear guidelines and mechanism.
• Responsible for building the new product operation centre, increasing the distribution efficiency of new products on the platform, and solving new requests from merchants regarding new products.
• Responsible for designing and optimising traffic operation tools for content social e-commerce (including video and live).
• Cooperate with e-commerce business team, search team and algorithm team to improve the efficiency of merchandise/merchant traffic operation.
• Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce merchant strategy or traffic strategy.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate cross country communications and collaborations.
