We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate. Your main responsibility would be to plan, drive, and execute the effective marketing of the product and its value proposition to our users, customers, and stakeholders - resulting in product health in terms of user engagement and retention, revenue and profit growth. This includes:
- Gathering competitive insights through research and experimentation to develop a deep understanding of our customers, needs, competitors, and opportunities to deliver a unique value proposition.
- Working with the product team in planning and driving effective product/feature launches and engagement strategies to bring our value proposition to life for new and existing features/products.
- Working closely within the marketing team to ensure feature release readiness, including campaign planning, content creation, and plan execution.
- Working with the product, operations, marketing, and content teams to refine and improve the customer journey and experience to improve user engagement and retention, unit economics, and lifetime value.
- Adopting a data-driven approach and leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to test hypotheses and make data-backed decisions.
- Working closely with the product team to craft, refine, and update the product narrative, and engage internal and external stakeholders to promote the narrative of the product.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a product marketing role at a fast-growing digital/tech company.
- Ability to design, qualify, and execute growth strategies that tie to product roadmaps and objectives.
- Proven ability to build a range of marketing assets, including pitch decks, product demos, videos, websites, and webinar/event content.
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams - e.g. business development, marketing, operations, and more.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with experience in narrative/messaging crafting.
- Experience in data analytics, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and others.
- Familiar with user experience design concepts.
- Prior experience in a tech-heavy, high growth, or startup environment.
