Product Marketing & Application Manager

• Involved in Technical Support and Application and serve as a technical expert and provide comprehensive application support to customers, focused on pre-sales activities
• Understand customer requirements and provide customized product recommendations and solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, and training sessions to showcase equipment capabilities
• Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancement and development
• Coordinate team activities, schedule and daily operation of the Innovation Center
• Develop Product Marketing Strategy and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for company surface mount process equipment, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Define target market segments, customer personas, and value propositions to effectively position company products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including product collateral, presentations, and sales tools
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive product adoption
• Create and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to customers, partners, and industry events
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide training, sales tools, and support to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Engineering or any related discipline
• Minimum 6 to 8 years relevant work experience in product marketing and/or application engineering within the electronics industry, particularly in surface mount process equipment, i.e stencil printing and placement
• Familiarity with placement machines a must
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data and customer insights
• Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
