Product Manager, Wealth Credit Products

Job Description:

Developing new credit solutions, designing and implementing product enhancements, improving customer’s journey and working with regional partners to implement cross-border collateralization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new credit solutions to expand wealth credit financing capability, including end-to-end design of customer lending journey, preparing marketing collateral, working with IT to develop system capability and working with stakeholders to develop operational processes.
• Co-ordinate and work closely with product managers, regional partners and risk stakeholders to implement new initiatives and changes to processes, credit risk policy and functional manuals.
• Manage several projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks, resources, and project timelines across various initiatives.
• Identify gaps, develop solutions and drive changes on process to achieve operational efficiency.
• Carry out product trainings, business analysis, monitor loan portfolio performance, and develop measurement matrix and management reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, engineering, etc.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant working experience
• Competent in credit underwriting standards
• Good understanding in wealth management products such as equities, bonds, funds, structured products, treasury products,
• Competent in policy writing and developing operational processes
• Able to work with various stakeholders ranging from business, risk, compliance, legal, etc.
