Our focus markets are Power Utility company, Data Center, Battery, EV, Energy management, Semiconductor, and electronic component industries.

Job Responsibilities:

You are responsible for one or two categories of HIOKI products:

  1. To plan new products or product upgrades
  2. To manage projects for new product development
  3. To manage the entire product lifecycle

Your goal will be to ensure timely launches, achieve first-year sales and profitability targets, and maintain sales and profitability throughout the product's lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

  1. Product Manager with strong skills and experience in electrical measurement for semiconductor development and manufacturing.
  2. Minimum qualification of Bachelor degree in technical, analytical or related fields.
  3. Requires 7 + years of total experience, preferably in test instrument product management.
  4. Experience in driving long-term strategy and business outcome ownership for key initiatives.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop a clear product vision, align it with business goals, and create strategies for achieving them.
  6. Market Understanding: Strong comprehension of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to make informed product decisions.
  7. Product Development Knowledge: Understanding of product lifecycle, development processes, and methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  8. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  9. Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication to align cross-functional teams, articulate the product vision, and collaborate effectively.
  10. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, metrics, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product.
  11. Leadership and Influence: Capacity to lead without direct authority, motivate teams, and drive them toward a shared vision.
  12. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the product.
  13. Problem-solving: Proficiency in identifying challenges, finding solutions, and adapting to changes quickly.
  14. Customer-Centric Mindset: Keeping the customer at the forefront of decision-making, understanding their pain points, and striving to create value for them.
  15. Financial Acumen: Understanding budgeting, pricing strategies, and the financial aspects of product development and management.
