Responsibilities

  • Define a clear, cohesive vision and strategy across the entire game series vertical including existing and yet-to-be announced games, series, features and developments. Ensure the vision, objectives and strategy is clearly understood by the various team members across the multi-disciplinary team involving UI/UX, creative, marketing and frontend & backend engineering teams.

  • Constantly in touch with players, psychology, behavior, emerging trends, needs, and desires in order to scope new, innovative and viable in-game features and functions.

  • Conduct market research, generate product requirements, develop marketing and sales support strategies, and determine feature specifications, and time-integrated plans for game series and feature introduction. Conduct player and client feedback workshops, beta testing reviews, and research competitor product features to draw inspiration for new or improved games, mechanics, features, or series.

  • Pitch innovative concepts and functional proposals to clients and various stakeholders, managing all aspects of the product design, including approvals and feedback provided. Assess the competition by comparing the product series to competitors’ and seeking opportunities to differentiate.

  • Develop product requirements, user stories, detailed product feature specifications, and define clear and detailed process flows.

  • Translate player preferences, tastes, developing and viral trends into bite-sized and actionable user stories that are feasible to implement and test within a well-defined 2-week sprint. Prioritize those with the highest business value for implementation first. Execute beta and pilot programs with early adopters, track their feedback, and enhance the product feature set for market release. Develop core positioning and messaging for the product. Prepare product pitch points, feature benefits, and marketing collaterals.

  • Develop key performance metrics for products. Track, monitor, and analyze these metrics during beta and early-adopter stages as well as on-going tracking of live products.

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members in terms of product management knowledge, industry knowledge, best practices, and communication & documentation skills.

  • Conduct reviews, manage the approval, and sign-off processes for product feature sets. Stay updated with current product management methodology, competitor offerings, and digital trends to help strengthen the team’s deliverables. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities to engage with new leads in growth and frontier markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Minimum 5 years proven work experience in product management, product design, business analysis, system analysis, or equivalent in the online casino or iGaming industry.

  • Strong knowledge of RNG slots and mini-game features and mechanics, in-game mathematical and statistical modeling, pay-table balancing, and player preferences.

  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for games, crafting engaging and addictive user experiences.

  • Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to define trackable metrics and derive actionable insights from collected game performance data.

  • A proven track record of gap analysis, identifying market fit, and designing product features that provide high player engagement.

  • Strong communication skills in presenting visions or ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Outstanding knowledge in slot product management and best practices.

  • Excellent documentation skills in drafting clear and concise requirements and specifications.

  • Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team involving backend engineering, frontend engineering, UI/UX, graphics design, and quality assurance.

  • Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines, and successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Knowledge in software engineering, technology trends, and software development lifecycle is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel to meet and work with offshore team members, clients, and potential early adopters.
