Responsibilities:
Develops and oversees product management, sales and advisory governance framework for the bank.
Collaborates with the Private Bankers to expand client wallet share and acquire high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored solutions aligned with clients' unique financial needs.
Ensures all new investment products meet thorough risk and disclosure standards before launch, addressing and resolving any potential risks.
Manages relationships with external partners and vendors, conducting negotiations, facilitating ongoing relationship management, and preparing agreements.
Designs and maintains frameworks that promote fair client treatment and mitigate conduct risks, including client risk profiling, pricing and risk disclosure, and suitability checks.
Oversees daily operations and maintenance for the bank's products, including bonds, funds, structured products, private equities as well as the wealth planning services.
Qualifications
Min 8 years in product management and sales advisory governance within the private banking space.
Strong understanding of private banking products, regulatory standards, and industry sales practices.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
